In lieu of the President’s announcement last night, we would like our loyal customers, online and in-store, to please take note of the following:

We are trying our best to ship all orders today (Tuesday, 24 March 2020) before the shutdown. However, if we foresee your order being stuck somewhere for three weeks, we will take the prerogative of not shipping it. This is especially true for non-local (Cape Town and surrounds) orders.

None of our stores will not be hosting any events leading up to the lockdown.

Opening times Tuesday and Wednesday (24 - 25 March 2020):

The Luckshack – Milnerton will be open from 12:00 to 18:00.

The Luckshack – Fish Hoek will be open from 12:00 to 17:00.

The Luckshack – Plumstead will be open from 12:00 to 17:00.

We will be closed from Thursday, 26 March until the Nationwide Shutdown as announced by The President has concluded.

Our website will remain open for business, but there will be no shipping via Postnet or Courier during the shutdown (options for shipping will be specified upon checking out your online order). As the shops will be closed, orders for pickup will only be available once the shops reopens after the shutdown.
