Shipping & Returns

Shipping. We make use of the SA Postal Service,Postnet and a few Courier Companies to ship completed and paid orders. We do not ship to destinations outside of South Africa.

Customers are always welcome to choose the free in store pick up option where you do not pay Postage and then arrange for their own courier at own expense.

We will definitely dispatch orders twice a week, however we are trying to do it on a daily base. Because we are closed on a Monday, all orders, even Overnight Orders, placed after 11 am on Friday, will be shipped on Tuesdays. Orders will only be dispatch when it is paid. We send a tracking number for each order that can be tracked the website of relevant Courier Company. Please note that once the package has left our store, we have no control over how the courier company services your delivery.

Please note that the site will not necessarily have been updated by the time you receive the tracking number.

Return Policy. If a order received by you proves to be incorrect or not to your reasonable satisfaction, please contact us within 4 days of the original order with the order number and the issue(s) relating to the order and we will promptly attempt to correct these issues.

Please bear in mind that older stock will very likely be at least 'Lightly Played' and a few of them MP. We unfortunately do not always mentioned that on our site and if you receive a MP card, please do except our apologies. Normally we reduce the price of a MP card compared to NM card
